Posward is an early access business positioning and strategy workspace. AI-generated diagnoses are hypotheses to review against your knowledge and evidence. You decide what to accept and what actions to take. Results are not guaranteed; a completed action or a reported improvement does not establish that Posward caused business growth.
Your account and business information
Use an account you control and share only information you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another person’s workspace, abuse automated analysis, or submit malicious content. Keep sign-in links private. Practitioners manage their own company workspaces; shared client seats are not included in this pilot.
Plans and payment
Published subscription amounts are in Canadian dollars. Where paid checkout is available, Stripe shows the amount, recurring period, and applicable taxes before you subscribe. Monthly plans renew until canceled through Plan & billing. Canceling at the end of a paid period leaves access to saved work; further analyses and new company creation follow the capacity of your remaining plan.
While billing is in pilot mode, expressing interest creates an inquiry and does not charge you. Agency pilots, institutional licenses, training, and implementation require a separate written scope and agreement. Consulting and implementation services are separate from software subscriptions.

Features may change as we learn from the pilot. For a billing question, refund request, problem with your workspace, or other assistance, send a support request. These pilot terms do not replace applicable rights or a separately agreed institutional contract.
